Plan is an international organisation centred on child labour in 69 countries, 50 of which are developing countries. Plan prioritize emergencies and humanitarian aid and, focusing on long term sustainable development, Plan participates closely with children and families through several programs, including education, health, economical security, protection and water sanitation. Political advocacy cuts across all our programs. Founded in 2001, Plan is a dynamic organization supporting Plan International all over the world, with particular attention to child protection. Funding is received from very diverse sources, including child sponsorship, Spanish and Regional Governments and multilateral donors (UE,UN, AECID) Furthermore, Plan strives to raise awareness through development education, political influence, the Media and events. Plan international is looking for a Donor’s value development and Loyalty specialist to participate, in collaboration with the team, in the implementation of the strategy and annual individual donor loyalty plan, managing various processes related with the donor lifecycle. The post holder will report to the Fundraising Manager and will have a team of 1-2 people. KEY RESPONSABILITIES INCLUDE 1. Define and implement the strategy, budget and annual action plan regarding individual donor loyalty and value development (regular and occasional donors), under the direction and supervision of the Fundraising Manager. 2. Elaborate the strategy and action plans of individual donor loyalty in all life stages of the donor: - Development of strategy for increasing donor value development and loyalty - New donor recruitment analysis in coordination with the recruitment department to guarantee the quality and the suitability of the profile of the new memberships. Analysis of campaigns, channels and recruitment products. - Definition of the annual communication cycle with donors: welcome packs, annual reports, online monthly newsletters, etc. - Donor retention strategies: recovery processes for unpaid items (in coordination with the finance department), establish alternative options for resigning donors, campaigns for the recovery of resigned donors. - Donor value development: increasing fee campaigns, donor conversion campaigns, “member get member” campaigns, occasional donations, etc. 3. Negotiation, contracting, training and management of external suppliers of individual donor loyalty: fundraising agencies, donor attention contact centres, sending and manipulation agencies, external consultants. 4. Participation in groups of marketing and loyalty of PLAN International and of the sector in Spain, to implement better practises and being aware of new initiatives and successful products. 5. Monthly control and reporting of the main loyalty indicators: loss % (by channel, seniority, areas, agencies and recruitment teams, fees, etc.), unpaid %, number of refunds and their corresponding amount, satisfaction level, donations made % etc. |
