JOB GENERAL OBJECTIVE AND CONTEXT
This internship position is framed within the e-learning / MSF e-Campus service, a service created to support the distance training activities in MSF OCBA and several other sections within the MSF international movement. Currently this service is supported with the MSF e-Campus system, an LMS system based in Moodle in its online and offline versions. It is expected that the service extends its systems map with additional software and processes in the short term in order to answer to existing needs for new activities and features due to the natural evolution of the area.
The objective of this position is to support the e-learning systems technician activities with a special focus in the Service Management definition project currently ongoing project. The final objective is to contribute in the improvement of the quality in the implementation of the different services within the MSF e-Campus general service.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
A) Service management definition project
- Collaboration in the processes and policies revision and adaptation to Moodle 2.8
- Collaboration in the Implementation of the organizational profile for participants in the MSF e-Campus.
B) Maintenance and administration tasks
- MSF e-Campus Administration tasks support
C) Maintenance and administration tasks
- Collaboration in the analysis and implementation of new Moodle 2.8 features
SELECTION CRITERIA
Education and experience
· Degree in Informatics Engineering.
· SQL knowledge
· Desirable: specific knowledge of Learning Management systems and Moodle so as PHP programming.
· Interest on and basic knowledge of the Humanitarian Action sector.
· Languages: Spanish and English.

CONDITIONS
· Based in Barcelona in MSF Spain Headquarters.
· Part time: 20 h weekly
· Duration: 6-12 months
· Support package: Based on the MSF OCBA Internship Policy.
· Conditions will be according to MSF internal "Internship policy", and will be formalized into an "Agreement" signed between MSF and the University detailing duties and obligations of each party.
· Starting date: August 2016
