The main aim of the project „Navigators on Creative Seas” is to develop, by August 2019 the creative and innovative potential of 132 youth

workers through 1 non-formal training course with 32 participants who will share their newly acquired know-how with other 100 local youth workers through a new curricula on creativity and design thinking and 1 e-learning instrument: a free MOOC about creativity.

Our common understanding is that creativity in youth work is a social process, where the solutions are found in networking, cooperation between multicultural groups and teams with complementary competences and skills.

Creativity is not just an economic engine or one of the 3 most desired skill by employers, but also a way to tackle social, political and cultural challenges and initiate changes.

Intermediate level of English

European Youth workers, involved in entrepreneurial education, youth programmes, nonformal activities on a daily basis.

Age:18+

Experience: previous experience in youth field, non-formal education, Erasmus+ Programme is required (recommended minimum 2-3 years experience)

Active in the sending Non-profit organisation (staff, volunteer, employer)

Language: English Intermediate

After selection of the application, if you receive positive answer from your sending organisation, arrange and book your flights/train/bus (economy class) and send the documents by email to us.

Willingness to disseminate and multiply the results of the project through:

• 2 multiplying activities at local level (one for youth workers, one for the young people they are working with)

• Journals posted on sending organisation websites about their learning experiences
