Based in Washington D.C or Madrid



The Evaluation and Learning Analyst will work with the EFE Network teams to provide monitoring and evaluation (M&E) support and will report to the Senior Evaluation and Learning Manager based in Washington, DC.





Specific responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Monitor data collection activities and ensure adherence to specified data collection protocols

• Conduct quantitative data analysis on survey results

• Support EFE Affiliates in implementing internal M&E systems and in tracking data on the Student Management System;

• Coordinate with the EFE Systems Team to ensure technical functioning of M&E surveys and adherence to specified survey design;

• Produce quarterly performance reports for the EFE Affiliates and Network and support the Senior Evaluation and Learning Manager in quarterly performance report outs and related scheduling;

• Prepare M&E-related documents for dissemination, including analytical and evaluation reports, in collaboration with the Senior Evaluation & Learning Manager;



• Assist staff in the preparation of quarterly and final project reports;

• Research EFE countries of operation and locate relevant statistics;

• Coordinate larger projects and processes depending on ability and interest under the supervision of the Senior Evaluation and Learning Manager;

• Other duties as assigned.

Perfil/Requisitos


Bachelor’s degree required, masters preferred;  2-3 years of relevant experience preferred;  Interest in M&E and youth employment programs;  Strong quantitative analysis skills;  Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills;  Excellent research and writing skills;  High degree of intellectual curiosity and the demonstrated ability to learn and understand new topics quickly;  Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communications skills;  Outstanding organizational and time-management skills;  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines;  Knowledge of and/or experience living or working in the Middle East and North Africa preferred;  Arabic or French language a plus  R statistical software skills a plus
