XIV Festival el Ojo cojo
EL FESTIVAL DE CINE QUE SE ACERCA A TI
El 6 de noviembre vuelve el Festival de cine el Ojo cojo proponiéndote ver buen cine y pasar un buen rato muy cerca de tu casa.
El 7 de noviembre, a las 19:30hrs, en la Facultad de Ciencias Políticas de la UCM (Campus Somosaguas, Salón Multiusos) y con el apoyo del Instituto Universitario de Investigación ‘Euro-Mediterranean University Institute EMUI y a las 19 en Traficantes de Sueños (Centro) comienza esta decimocuarta edición del festival madrileño que con buenas y cercanas películas películas habla de migraciones, interculturalidad y cohesión social.
El Festival el Ojo cojo, que funciona con una estructura participativa que integra en los diferentes niveles de su organización personas de diferentes continentes, exhibe cine español pero también cine que no llega a España y lo acerca a espectadores no habituales y sensibles.
Con entrada gratuita y durante 15 días el Ojo cojo llevará cine cerca de ti a Goethe Institut (barrio de Salamanca), Casa Árabe (Retiro). Centro cultural Alberto Sánchez (Puente de Vallecas), Biblioteca Manuel Alvar (La Guindalera), Traficantes de sueños (Centro).
Exhibición de filmes, foros, debates, exhibiciones matutinas para centros de estudio, es lo que ofrece este pequeño festival de cine que intenta llegar a todos.
Este año el festival ha recibido cerca de 500 inscripciones de 63 países, de las cuales se exhibirán 30 filmes de 19 países que abordarán este año la realidad de los refugiados, infancia, pueblos indígenas, medioambiente, derechos humanos, guerra, mujer, violencia sexual, capacidades disminuidas, conflicto, diversidad.
En los próximos días, en www.elojocojo.org encontraréis la programación, trailers de los filmes, etc. Recuerda que podrás votar por los filmes en cada ficha de film la propia web.

THE FILM FESTIVAL THAT IS CLOSE TO YOU
El Ojo cojo Film Festival is back and invites you to watch good movies and have a good time close to your home.
On November 7, at 7:30 p.m., at the Faculty of Political & Social Sciences of the UCM (Somosaguas Campus, Multipurpose Room) with the support of the Euro-Mediterranean University Institute EMUI, and at 7 p.m. at Traficantes de Sueños (Center), the 14th edition of the Madrid-based festival begins with good and close movies dealing with migration, interculturalism, and social cohesion.
El Ojo cojo Film Festival, which functions with a participatory structure integrating people from different continents at the different levels of the organization, shows Spanish films, but also films which are not coming to Spain, and it brings them closer to sensitive and unusual filmgoers.
Free of charge and for 15 days, el Ojo cojo will bring films close to you at Goethe Institute (Salamanca district), Alberto Sánchez Cultural Center (Puente de Vallecas),Manuel Alvar Public Library (Guindalera), Traficantes de sueños (Center)... and more places continue to be added.
Film exhibitions, forums, discussions, morning exhibitions for learning centers are what this little film festival attempting to reach out to everyone has to offer.
In the current year, the festival received around 500 entries from 63 countries, out of which 30 films from 19 countries dealing with the reality of the refugees, childhood, native peoples, environment, human rights, war, women, sexual violence, impaired abilities, conflicts, and diversity will be exhibited.
In the next few days, at www.elojocojo.org you will find the schedule, movie trailers, etc. Remember you will be able to vote for the films on each film card on the website.
