APV MEETING

APV meeting, and it will take place from the 4th to the 7th of May (Arrival friday evening and departure monday morning, or sunday night).

This gathering is very important to prepare well for the exchange, to feel ready and to communicate as well as possible with the participants before the project. This is why the leader of your team should be here.

PROFILE OF LEADERS

There is not specific requierment in the profile of the leader. I think that they need to understand well the project and make sure that they are able to make physical efforts and lead the project in the same time (take part in the leaders meeting, lead some sessions, organise the daily life, …).
