Plan International is looking for National Direct Sales Coordinator based in Madrid. The successful candidate will be required to possses a high level of English and more than 3 years of experience leading “face to face or door to door” sales teams in international organisations.





Overview



Plan International is a non profit international development organization with no political or religious affiliation centered in the promotion of children’s rights. Millions of girls are being denied an education right at a time when it has the power to transform their lives and the world around them. Making it through both primary and secondary education is critical to girls being able to help break the cycle of poverty. Plan was the first major organisation to call for an international day of recognition for girls and achieving it was one of the earliest goals of the campaign. In December 2011, the UN General assembly voted to establish the Day of the Girl.



Founded in 2001, Plan International Spain is a dynamic organization supporting Plan International all over the world, with particular attention to child protection. Funding is received from very diverse sources, including child sponsorship, Spanish and Regional Governments and multilateral donors (UE,UN, AECID). Furthermore, Plan International Spain strives to raise awareness through development education, political influence, the Media and events.



General Description of the Role



The position requires an experienced and motivated customer relationship manager who will be responsible for requesting and securing donor gifts from individuals. This position will report directly to the fundraising manager.



It will be based in Madrid’s office. The global position’s objective is to develop the F2F campaign with 5 internal teams, managing and bolstering the street/door to door recruiters internal team, ensuring the fulfilment of objectives, both qualitatively and quantitatively.





Main responsibilities



• Design, coordinate and boost the activities to identify and attract regular donors for the F2F campaign.

• Active participation in the face-to-face recruiting with the rest of the team.

• Coordinate the campaigns with the outsourcing agencies: negotiation, quality control, evaluation, KPI´s.

• Monitoring and sendind weekly results reports: compiling and providing new members control tables. Participate in weekly meetings with their teams leaders as well as with the the fundraising manager on a monthly basis.

• Provide logistic support and communication materials to his/her team to achieve their performance goals.

• Active participation in the recruiting process of the sales team and their supervisors.

• Manage all the recruiters´ labour contracting procedures that may be needed during the project and delivery of said procedures to the human administration department.

• Manage any eventuality that may arise in the recruiters team: medical leaves, delivery of abcense notes and contract cancellations to the human andministration department.

• Look for a work place for his/her team and permits procedures.

• Train and motivate his/her team about Plan’s project to achieve their monthly and specific  targets

• Update the team about the most relevant news about the organization

• Resposible for the coordination with external face-to-face agencies.Negotiating conditions, quality control, training and results monitoring.


Perfil/Requisitos


Minimum 3 years’ experience with direct sales teams (face to face/door to door) in international organizations.



Demonstrated ability to work as a team leader (managing, supervising and motivating teams)



Demonstrated ability to train and motivate sales staff Computer skills (Excel, Internet, Word)



Undestanding and knowledge of Non profit Associations will be valuable.



High level of English
